Blending Lavender with Marjoram, Rosemary or White Fir and adding to a carrier oil will give you a high powered pain reliever.  Not only will your aches and pains diminish, your cells and tissue will repair quickly.

Exhaustion and Tension

  • Lavender 2 drops
  • Clary Sage 5 drops
  • Cypress 3 drops
  • 1 teaspoon Fractionated Coconut Oil or Olive Oil
  • Apply to shoulders and base of neck and expect great things!

Nervous?  Agitated?

  • Lavender 3 drops
  • Wild Orange 2 drops
  • Bergamot 1 drop
  • 1 tsp Fractionated Coconut Oil or Olive oil
  • Apply to forearms and let that peaceful, easy feeling take over!

Tired, Aching Legs?

  • Lavender 15 drops
  • Rosemary 20 drops
  • Peppermint 5 drops
  • Fractionated coconut oil 3 oz
  •  Mix in a spray bottle and spray from above knees to ankles.
  • Elevate legs for 10-15 minutes.

I never go on a trip without this blend!  After site seeing all day, this is an evening must!  On days when I'm on my feet a lot,  I might stop, take a break and use it in the middle of the day.  Especially when cooking for the holidays.  Great stuff!

  • Lavender 25 drops
  • Melaleuca 50 drops
  • Coconut oil 2 oz
  • Apply to affected areas twice daily.

Acne Home Remedy

  • Lavender 15 drops
  • Melaleauca 32 drops
  • Jojoba oil 2 oz
  • Apply to clean skin twice daily
